The fingerprint sensor don't always work. That's annoying. Oo but i love Galaxy AI! That is the coolest feature and i love learning about it!

I'm loving my phone, seamless transition from from S21 but I've noticed how much better everything is. The camera, the speaker, the speed. I should have upgraded sooner. The Verizon store experience was bad and I'm still trying to fix my bill 3 weeks later, but that's another story.

I am greatly disappointed in the lack of customer support provided by Verizon. If you don't purchase the insurance they will not answer any questions and direct you to an outside vendor. I have been with Verizon for many years, but I am considering a change.
